Welcome to the National Agricultural Marketing Board (NAMBoard) website. Namboard is is a parastatal organisation established under the NAMBoard Act of parliament No. 13 of 1985. NAMBoard facilitates in the agricultural production, processing, storage, transportation, ditribution and sale of both baby and conventional vegetables.
In terms of the National Agricultural Marketing Board Act No. 13 of 1985, the Board according to sections 6(a) and 6(d) respectively require:
(i) Any person wishing to engage or who is engaged in importing and obtain and exporting scheduled products to register with and obtain a permit from the Board
(ii) From any person information relating to source, type grade , quality and price of scheduled products.
NAMBoard is the National Agricultural Marketing Board of the kingdom of Swaziland. Its purpose is to simulate local production by providing technical service and the marketing of agricultural produce in the country, and particularly to support the small farmer. |

Outlook of Poultry Industry in 2008 |
Introduction
The year 2008 has not been a very good year for poultry farmers in the Country, especially the small holder farmers. Most farmers have been kicked out of the business by the ever escalating input costs. |
